This building really makes use of materials which are needed for you to see it like the pictures. Make sure you have your shaders on and shadows if possible to really see it as it was designed.
EASY MOD MESH!
The key aspect of this building is the Easy Mod Mesh used to make it. I believe its very important for people to be able to change the decor of their home and change the textures. Mesh can often be hard to do this and baked textures often mean that walls and floors are all part of the same texture. I really wanted to allow the home owners to have lots of fun making this home personal.
All rooms both inside and out have UV mapping that makes it very easy for you to change. There are many different surfaces, which allow you to mix and match many options. Such as the boarders and trim rails which are all separate to the main wall. Each room has its own floor and ceiling also. It should be noted that most surfaces have both Normal and Spec maps so if you add a different texture be sure to also remove the material textures that come with the default textures. And always make sure you are using “Select Face” to avoid accidentally re-texture a whole part of the building. It is always wise to note and record the location of your building rez box in case you want to re-rez the home again.
